Getting a user account

• DKRZ user account This account is needed to access the HPC systems at DKRZ, the collaboration & code development environment and further peripheral systems.

• CERA-WDC Climate user account This account enables you to access data holdings from DKRZ long-term archive (DKRZ-LTA).

• ESGF user account DKRZ operates one of the portals of the “Earth System Grid Federation” (ESGF), a globally distributed climate data base.

• Shared DKRZ user account In some specific cases it may be required to share an account among a group of users.
