User Support

DKRZ’s first level support is split into general support regarding DKRZ systems/services and specific support regarding data management. Furthermore we offer training courses and other resources.

• Help Desk DKRZ’s user consultancy can be reached by email, by phone 040-460094-275 and face-to-face at DKRZ.

• Data Support Besides DKRZ’s general user consultancy, any questions related to data management can directly be sent to data@dkrz.de.

• Training DKRZ regularly offers training courses and workshops for users. The courses cover a broad range of topics related to the usage of all systems installed at DKRZ.
